Job summary

Life Time is hiring an Aquatics Assistant Swim Team Coach to work with our swim team in a fast-paced environment. You will help team members improve their swimming in our state-of-the-art pools, indoors and out, under the Head Swim Team Coach and help register new participants for the Team.

You will maintain the cleanliness and order of our Aquatics Facilities and lead group workouts. The role requires meeting lifeguard and safety certifications and a passion for developing athletes across all

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of swim coaching experience required.
• Must be ASCA and USA Swimming member/approved.
• Must complete Life Time Swim Instructor Certification.
• Lifeguard certification required within 60 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Offer competitive swimmers the opportunity to master technique.
• Run daily practices under the direction of the head coach.
• Promote Life Time products, services and programs.
