Job summary

Sutton Swim School in Campbell, CA is seeking a Sales Representative to turn inquiries into enrollments for baby, child and adult lessons. This is a hands-on, in-person sales role with exposure to phone, email, and our booking platform; you will learn programs firsthand through instructor training.

Responsibilities include being on-duty lead when managers are absent, assisting with opening/closing the facility, and guiding families toward the right class.

Qualifications

• At least two years of sales or customer service experience.
• Strong communication, follow-through, and confidence asking for enrollment.
• Comfortable working with children and families.

Responsibilities

• Connect with families in person, by phone, email, and through our booking system.
• Turn inquiries into enrollments and manage enrollment steps.
• Open or close the facility and serve as on-duty lead when a manager is not present.
