Goldfish Swim School is seeking a Sales and Marketing Manager to oversee the sales and service operations, including front desk duties, customer service, retail, and promotions. The role emphasizes leadership, training, and achieving high customer satisfaction across all daily activities.

Advancement opportunities exist as the school grows rapidly. You will lead a team, drive sales initiatives, and ensure excellent service while maintaining a welcoming, child-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Sales experience.
• 2+ years of Customer Service experience.
• Ability to work with children.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership and feedback to Front Desk Representatives.
• Directs daily operations to ensure school runs per SOPs.
• Manages Front Desk staff to maintain high productivity and satisfaction.
• Trains Front Desk staff on customer service and iClassPro software.
• Provides sales and marketing training to qualified staff.
• Gains knowledge in iClassPro for bookings and scheduling.
• Conducts new hire training (front desk).
• Responsible for overall facility cleanliness.
• Hosts monthly front desk workshops with employees.
• Sets sales incentives in coordination with Owner and Managers.
• Fulfills other duties assigned by the Employer.
