Qualifications

• 4+ years of swim instruction experience across infant, child, and adult populations
• At least 3 years in a supervisory, management, or instructor training role
• Demonstrated ability to train instructors and to develop other instructor trainers
• Composure, emotional maturity, and leadership presence under pressure
• Availability of at least 20 hours per week, including Saturdays

Responsibilities

• Lead by example in water and on deck to train and develop team
• Develop curriculum and training programs for instructors
• Contribute to organizational leadership and growth of the program
