Aqua-Tots Swim School in Round Rock, TX is seeking a General Manager to lead daily swim school operations, drive customer experience, and accelerate sales growth in a safe and welcoming environment.

The role requires at least 2+ years of management, strong people leadership, and a commitment to providing world‑class family experiences. Flexible scheduling includes afternoons, evenings, and weekends to meet seasonal demand.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of management experience (operations, hospitality, education, or retail preferred).
• Strong customer service and people leadership skills.
• CPR certification & Certified Pool Operator (CPO) license (or willing to obtain — training provided).

Responsibilities

• Lead the Team – Recruit, coach, and inspire staff to deliver high-quality lessons in a safe, fun, and welcoming environment.
• Create Excellent Family Experiences – Ensure strong customer service, smooth scheduling, and solutions to any issues.
• Drive Sales & Growth – Manage sales goals, track leads, and engage families to grow the school.
• Maintain Facility Standards – Ensure the pool, lobby, and facility meet Aqua-Tots brand standards for cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance.
• Oversee Operations – Handle staffing, scheduling, payroll, and budgets while keeping operations running smoothly.
• Partner for Success – Collaborate with the Regional Manager and Operations Team to ensure excellence across all areas of the school.
