Qualifications

• 2+ years of management experience in operations, hospitality, education, or retail.
• Flexible availability to meet the needs of the school.
• Willing to obtain CPR and CPO certifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment, coaching, and inspire staff for high-quality lessons.
• Ensure strong customer service and smooth scheduling.
• Manage sales goals and engage families.
• Maintain pool and facility cleanliness and safety standards.
• Handle staffing, scheduling, payroll, and budgets.
