Job summary

SafeSplash Voorhees is seeking a Front Desk Associate to warmly greet guests, guide them through check-in, and direct visitors with a friendly, professional demeanor.

You will manage client accounts, process payments, schedule classes, assist with retail merchandise, and help prepare donations and events; a flexible schedule including some evenings and weekends is required to support our busy lobby.

Qualifications

• Exceptional customer service focus: deliver quality experience and handle escalations.
• Experience using spreadsheets and word processing software such as Microsoft Suite.
• Dependable and flexible schedule: evenings and weekends

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and visitors, directing them appropriately.
• Maintain client accounts, record information, process payments, and schedule classes/appointments.
• Assist clients with retail merchandise and manage sales.
• Prepare and track donations to non-profit organizations.
• Schedule, promote, and participate in events, keeping client communications updated.
