SafeSplash + SwimLabs Morrisville (Triangle) is seeking a Front Desk Associate to warmly welcome clients, manage registrations, and guide families through classes and events.

You'll handle accounts, schedule lessons, assist with retail, and support leads by phone or text, with a flexible schedule including some evenings and weekends. Employee discounts and other perks accompany this role.

Qualifications

• Happy and professional disposition; hospitable and caring.
• Exceptional customer service focus under pressure.
• Experience with spreadsheets and Microsoft Office.
• Dependable with flexible schedule including some evenings/weekends.
• Preferred: swim lesson/competitive swimming experience; CPR & First Aid certified.

Responsibilities

• Greet and direct clients and visitors.
• Maintain client accounts and schedule classes.
• Assist with retail products and sales.
• Enroll students.
• Follow up with leads via phone/text.
• Check in kids as needed.
• Explain policies to parents.
• Schedule and promote events; update lobby communications.
