Job summary

Water Wings Swim School in Los Angeles is seeking a friendly Customer Service team member to manage front desk tasks, bookings, and family communications, delivering a warm, organized experience for every family. You will greet visitors, relay messages, and help schedule lessons while maintaining accurate records.

This part-time role offers afternoon and weekend shifts, a supportive team, and the chance to contribute to a caring community that values safety, inclusivity, and exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Caring and compassion for children and adults.

• The ability to commit to at least 1 year of employment, afternoons and weekends required.

Responsibilities

• Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
• Manage inbound and outbound emails throughout day.
• Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics.
• Make and move bookings, assist families in scheduling needs.
• Keep track of logs under Google Drive.
• Friendly engagement of families by phone and in person.
• Multitask to efficiently and professionally maintain accurate records and answer customer questions.
• Be a team player who is consistently dependable and reliable.
• Complete required training and be a continual learner.
• Follow our systems with a focus on follow through and details.
• Smile and have fun during your entire shift.
