Job summary

Premier Swim Academy in Diamond Bar is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative to be the main contact for public swimmers and families. You will handle check-ins, manage swim lesson flow, and assist patrons with inquiries and account changes while upholding accuracy and professionalism.

The role requires arranging opening/closing duties, staying proactive about class fill rates, and maintaining a welcoming, safe environment. Some lifting and weekend shifts may be necessary.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a StarGuard Elite Basic Life Support certification.
• Availability for at least 3 days a week, Monday-Saturday.
• Reliability and commitment to scheduled shifts.
• Comfortable in communication with both adults and children.
• Must have the ability to lift 50 lbs. and stand for 8 hours.

Responsibilities

• Assist with all opening and/or closing procedures at the facility.
• Ability to learn and execute all front desk admin duties.
• Being proactive and looking for ways to improve class fill rates and family happiness.
• Contributing to team culture by participating in team events and cultivating a positive atmosphere.
• Proficient in all technology platforms utilized by Premier Swim Academy.
• Maintain a high level of customer service to patrons.
• Ensure that all rules and appropriate safety measures are stated and communicated clearly.
• Know all swim programs, events, and other activities that occur at the aquatic facilities.
• Attend quarterly in-service training programs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
