5 Cities Swim School in Arroyo Grande, CA is seeking an energetic Assistant Manager to lead daily operations, coach staff, and deliver exceptional experiences for families and swimmers. This hands-on role requires strong leadership, decision-making, and the ability to keep the team energized during busy shifts.

You’ll serve as Manager on Duty, oversee staffing, safety, customer experience, and collaborate with the General Manager to drive improvements and grow into greater leadership

Responsabilidades

• Lead the facility during assigned shifts.
• Set the tone for the team with positive energy and accountability.
• Build team morale and engagement.
• Run energetic pre-shift huddles to align priorities.
• Make real-time decisions when staffing or customer concerns arise.
• Maintain high standards for pool safety, facility operations, and procedures.
• Teach at least two swim-instruction shifts each week.
