Job summary

Goldfish Swim School - Peters Township is hiring year-round swim lesson instructors. You will deliver the school’s curriculum, teach water safety, and communicate progress to parents after each 30-minute lesson. The role supports growth into leadership and training paths within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Ability to swim and pass a basic swim test (50 yards).
• Must complete in-house lifeguard certification during training.
• Willingness to work as part of a team in a wet environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide swim instruction based on the Goldfish Swim School curriculum and teach water safety.
• Evaluate student progress and complete required paperwork.
• Engage with parents/guardians about their child’s development and progress.
• Maintain pool equipment and assist with class setup/cleanup.
• Attend mandatory workshops and in-service training as needed.
