Qualifications

• Ability to work with children.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to complete lifeguard, CPR & AED certification as part of training and shifts as lifeguard.
• Ability to perform job functions in a warm, humid pool environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide swim instruction based on Goldfish curriculum.
• Educate students on safety rules to prevent accidents.
• Evaluate progress and complete paperwork timely.
• Interact with parents/guardians about students’ development.
• Maintain pool equipment and class materials.
