Job summary

SafeSplash Brands, LLC is seeking a Swim Instructor to teach swimming skills according to our curriculum in a fun, supportive setting. You’ll provide positive feedback and reinforce key techniques while ensuring student safety throughout every class.

Experience in swim instruction is preferred; training is available. Certification in CPR/First Aid is preferred, with company support to get certified within 60 days of hire. Enjoy flexible scheduling and growth potential in the industry.

Qualifications

• Previous swim instruction is preferred but we are happy to train you.
• WSI certification preferred.
• Current American Red Cross CPR-PR/AED, First Aid for adult, swimmer and infant preferred but we will help you get certified in 60 days of hire.
• Special consideration given to instructors with experience teaching swimmers age 6 months to 10 years and Special Needs.

Responsibilities

• Teach swimming skills in accordance with SafeSplash curriculum in a fun, positive manner.
• Provide continuous, positive corrective feedback to students and customers.
• Structure class time to incorporate repetition, reinforcement, and introduction of required skills.
• Ensure swimmer safety.
