Job summary

Goldfish Swim School is seeking a patient, energetic Swim Instructor to bring our water curriculum to life. You will teach foundational swim skills, ensure safety, and build strong connections with families while tracking each child’s progress.

Ideal candidates are comfortable in the water, able to engage kids and parents, and available for evening and weekend shifts. Training and growth opportunities are offered to support your development.

Qualifications

• Experience as lifeguard, youth coach, camp counselor, or childcare provider.
• Comfortable and confident in the water.
• Excellent communicator with kids and parents.
• Available for evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Teach swim lessons per Goldfish curriculum.
• Enforce safety rules on the pool deck.
• Evaluate student progress with skill checks.
• Communicate updates to families after lessons.
• Assist with light cleaning and equipment maintenance.
