This position offers a fully paid training program, relocation support, comprehensive health insurance, and a monthly salary with performance bonuses. Fluency in Swedish is required, and Bulgarian work authorization is needed.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent Swedish (spoken and written).
• EU passport or right to work in Bulgaria.
• Experience in retail or customer service is a plus.
• Strong digital literacy and ability to navigate complex retail management software.
• Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.
• Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support for an industry-leading retail brand via phone, email, and live chat.
• Assist Swedish-speaking clients with online order inquiries, returns, and inventory availability across physical and digital storefronts.
• Resolve complex consumer retail issues with a focus on brand loyalty and service excellence.
• Manage order processing systems to ensure accurate tracking and delivery of retail merchandise.
• Act as a brand ambassador, maintaining the highest quality standards expected within the international retail sector.
