Job summary

Speakit is seeking a Swedish-speaking customer support agent to join its international team in Greece. You will handle inquiries from restaurant partners and customers, resolve order and payment issues, and ensure timely deliveries with an empathetic, professional approach across multiple channels.

Requirements include fluent Swedish, good English, and excellent communication and typing skills. You should be able to multitask, work in rotating shifts, and relocate to Greece.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Swedish (spoken and written).
• Good command of English for internal communication.
• Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
• Excellent communication and typing skills.
