speakit is hiring a Norwegian-speaking customer support specialist to join our international team operating remotely from Greece. You will handle inquiries from restaurant partners and customers, resolve order-related issues, and provide empathetic service across channels.

English proficiency for internal communication is required, and relocation to Greece is supported. The role involves rotating shifts and offers a competitive gross salary with 14 payments per year and opportunities for career

Qualifications

• Fluency in Norwegian (spoken and written).
• Good command of English for internal communication.
• Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
• Excellent communication and typing skills.
• Ability to multitask and navigate between digital platforms.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts and relocate to Greece.

Responsibilities
