Job summary

Our Client in the United States is seeking a Consumer Protection Customer Expert to assist customers with devices they rely on daily. You will engage via chat and phone, guiding claims and protections while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Native Swedish speaker.
• Fluency in English.
• Excellent communication & soft skills, as well as problem-solving abilities.
• Basic technical knowledge and enthusiasm for technology and imaging.
• Familiarity with regulatory environments and data protection principles, including GDPR, is an advantage.
• Ability to relocate to Greece.
• EU Passport holder.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers via chat and phone, providing exceptional service.
• Assist customers with device protection plans, claims, repairs, replacements, and related services.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences, particularly when customers are dealing with unexpected or urgent situations.
• Build customer trust by following all relevant regulations, policies, procedures, and quality standards.
• Participate in ongoing training to continuously develop your product, service, and regulatory knowledge.
