Our Client in the United States is seeking a Consumer Protection Customer Expert to assist customers with devices they rely on daily. You will engage via chat and phone, guiding claims and protections while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Relocation to Greece is supported; EU passport holders are preferred. Expect a comprehensive training program, bonuses, and growth opportunities within a global brand.

Qualifications

• Native Swedish speaker.
• Fluency in English.
• Excellent communication & soft skills, as well as problem-solving abilities.
• Basic technical knowledge and enthusiasm for technology and imaging.
• Familiarity with regulatory environments and data protection principles, including GDPR, is an advantage.
• Ability to relocate to Greece.
• EU Passport holder.
