Job summary

speakit is seeking a Consumer Protection Customer Expert to help customers with device protection plans, claims, repairs, and related services. You will engage via chat and phone and ensure service excellence.

Requirements include native Finnish, fluent English, strong communication and problem-solving, basic technical knowledge, GDPR familiarity, and the ability to relocate to Greece (EU passport required).

Qualifications

• Native Finnish speaker with fluent English.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Basic technical knowledge and interest in technology and imaging.
• Familiarity with GDPR and data protection principles is a plus.
• Eligible to relocate to Greece and hold EU passport.

• Build customer trust by following all relevant regulations, policies, procedures, and quality standards.
• Participate in ongoing training to continuously develop your product, service, and regulatory knowledge.

• Native Finnish speaker.
• Fluency in English.
• Excellent communication & soft skills, as well as problem-solving abilities.
• Basic technical knowledge and enthusiasm for technology and imaging.
• Familiarity with regulatory environments and data protection principles, including GDPR, is an advantage.
• Ability to relocate to Greece.
• EU Passport holder.
