Job summary

speakit is seeking a Consumer Protection Customer Expert to help customers with device protection plans, claims, repairs, and related services. You will engage via chat and phone and ensure service excellence.

Requirements include native Finnish, fluent English, strong communication and problem-solving, basic technical knowledge, GDPR familiarity, and the ability to relocate to Greece (EU passport required).

Qualifications

Native Finnish speaker with fluent English.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Basic technical knowledge and interest in technology and imaging.
Familiarity with GDPR and data protection principles is a plus.
Eligible to relocate to Greece and hold EU passport.

Responsibilities

Engage with customers via chat and phone, providing exceptional service.
Assist customers with device protection plans, claims, repairs, replacements, and related services.
Deliver exceptional customer experiences, especially in urgent situations.
Build customer trust by following regulations, policies, and quality standards.
Participate in ongoing training to develop product, service, and regulatory knowledge.
