Job summary

Citi in Wilmington, Delaware seeks an SVP to lead the Value, Lending & Commerce Tech Book of Work and Funding Management. You will own end-to-end oversight of multi-year technology investments, align roadmaps with GTM plans, and drive capital efficiency across a large, matrixed organization.

The role requires exceptional financial acumen, portfolio delivery expertise, and the ability to influence across Product, Technology, Finance, PMO and GCX.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in technology financial management or portfolio management within financial services (Citi preferred).
• Proven track record managing large multi-million-dollar technology budgets, capital planning, and variance analysis.
• Deep understanding of consumer financial services, lending, or banking ecosystems; familiarity with USCC priorities is an advantage.
• Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills across matrixed organizations.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end operational oversight of the technology investment portfolio across Value, Lending & Commerce.
• Oversee monthly forecasting cycles and variance management.
• Identify cost variances and implement corrective action plans.
• Own annual and multi-year planning for the technology investment portfolio.
• Coordinate governance across Product Owners, Finance, Technology, PMO, and GCX.
