Job summary

Citi is seeking a senior leader in Value, Lending & Commerce to govern the technology investment portfolio and oversee capital planning. You will drive annual and multi-year budgeting, coordinate across product, finance, PMO and operations, and ensure timely delivery of initiatives.

Hybrid work model with a mix of office and remote days; extensive interaction with executive leadership and cross-functional teams across the Citi ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in technology financial management, portfolio management or COO/CAO within financial services.
• Experience managing multi-million-dollar tech budgets and capital planning.
• Deep understanding of consumer financial services and related products.

Responsibilities

• Oversee technology investment portfolio governance and budgeting across VLC.
• Lead multi-year investment planning and prioritization with executive approval.
• Ensure on-time delivery tracking and manage delivery risks and bottlenecks.
