Job summary

Lincoln Financial Group in Radnor, PA seeks a senior technology portfolio leader to drive strategy, governance, and multi-year roadmaps across the Corporate Technology organization. The role manages a large investment portfolio, shaping investments and ensuring successful delivery of major programs.

You will partner with finance, actuaries, IT and senior leaders to optimize operations, align business priorities with technology investments, and build a high-performing team to execute

Qualifications

• 4 Year/Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience; 4 years can substitute for a degree.
• 15 years in technology strategy or enterprise portfolio management aligned to responsibilities
• 5+ years in managerial, strategy, and senior stakeholder influence
• Experience managing complex multi-year portfolios with budgets > $25M
• Expertise in enterprise finance/Actuarial systems, cloud enablement, and data integration
• Consulting background (Big Four or equivalent) preferred for large-scale transformations

Responsibilities

• Define and drive cohesive technology strategy for Corporate Function across Finance, Actuarial, Investments, Legal, Risk, and HR
• Oversee end-to-end technology portfolio: demand intake, prioritization, investment planning, benefit realization tracking
• Lead cross-functional delivery of large-scale technology programs
• Provide strategic advisory to internal stakeholders and seek opportunities to optimize operations through technology
• Establish robust governance to ensure alignment, accountability, and timely decisions across portfolio
• Act as trusted advisor to finance, actuaries, IT and business leaders for alignment of priorities and investments
• Build and lead a high-performing team of portfolio managers and program leaders
• Stay abreast of trends and incorporate them into current and future strategies
• Lead strategic process improvements to reduce workloads or improve quality
• Support organizational change management initiatives
