Publicis Groupe Holdings B.V is seeking a VP, Commerce Media to lead Retail Media and Commerce capabilities, driving growth through Amazon, Walmart, and broader investments. The role blends senior advisory with hands-on activation guidance, connecting strategy to measurement.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor agencies, and shape investment, channel, and activation recommendations to lift GMV and digital shelf performance.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of Commerce Media leadership experience in agency, retail media network, platform or CPG brand/manufacturer.
• Proven ability to advise senior clients on ecommerce growth, GMV, investment strategy and retailer relationships.
• Experience translating commercial objectives into integrated Retail Media, shopper, ecommerce and national media recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Act as the senior Commerce Media advisor on cross-retailer strategy and investment planning.
• Lead Amazon and Walmart strategy while shaping broader Retail Media approaches.
• Translate ecommerce sales, GMV, customer acquisition and retailer objectives into integrated recommendations across channel mix and activation.
• Connect Retail Media with shopper marketing, ecommerce, sales, national media and brand plans for full-funnel growth.
• Challenge client briefs with platform knowledge and commercial judgment.
• Collaborate with retailer planners and account teams to improve work and resolve gaps.
• Stay current on platform changes and explain implications to clients and teams.
• Develop frameworks and best practices connecting media investment to incrementality and growth.
• Coach teams and contribute to new-business and capability development.
• Identify growth opportunities and manage client budgets responsibly.
