Job summary

Publicis Commerce seeks an SVP, Commerce Media to guide growth for clients across Amazon, Walmart, and broader Retail Media investments. You’ll advise senior clients, shape investment strategy, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver measurable outcomes.

This role blends executive leadership with hands-on activation guidance, connecting strategy to execution across strategy, activation, measurement, and growth while building scalable capabilities across the practice.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in Commerce Media within an agency, retail media network, platform, or CPG brand/manufacturer (15+ years preferred).
• Deep, current expertise across Amazon and Walmart Retail Media capabilities and activation realities.
• Proven ability to advise senior clients on ecommerce growth, GMV, investment strategy, and retailer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior Commerce Media advisor shaping growth strategies and investments.
• Lead the strategic vision for Amazon and Walmart while incorporating other priority retail media networks.
• Translate ecommerce metrics into enterprise-level recommendations across channel mix, activation, and measurement.
• Influence the evolution of Commerce Media capabilities, operating models, and measurement solutions.
• Coach senior talent and scale Commerce Media expertise across clients and accounts.
• Develop frameworks connecting media investment to incrementality and total ecommerce growth.
• Partner across strategy, activation, analytics, shopper marketing, ecommerce, and media teams.
