Qualifications

• 12+ years in Commerce Media leadership within an agency, network, platform or CPG brand/manufacturer.
• Deep expertise across Amazon and Walmart Retail Media platforms and activation.
• Proven ability to advise senior clients on ecommerce growth, GMV, investments and channel mix.
• Experience translating commercial objectives into integrated media recommendations.
• Strong executive presence coupled with delivery credibility.

Responsibilities

• Act as senior Commerce Media advisor on cross-retailer strategy and investment planning.
• Lead Amazon and Walmart strategy and shape broader Retail Media approaches.
• Translate ecommerce metrics into integrated recommendations across channel mix, activation and measurement.
• Connect Retail Media with shopper marketing, ecommerce, sales and national media plans.
• Challenge briefs with platform knowledge and commercial judgement.
• Collaborate with retailer planners and account teams to close gaps.
• Stay current on platform changes and explain implications to clients and teams.
• Develop frameworks and playbooks linking media investment to incrementality and growth.
• Coach teams and contribute to new business and capability development.
• Identify growth opportunities and manage client budgets for profitable expansion.
