This production-focused role emphasizes new loan growth, pipeline management, and structuring risk-based credit solutions for borrowers.

• Ability to source, structure, and close new lending relationships.
• Strong sales orientation and relationship-building skills.
• Deep knowledge of California and Pacific Northwest agricultural markets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and close new agricultural lending relationships to achieve production and growth goals.
• Originate and structure agricultural real estate secured mortgages and lines of credit as needed.
• Identify, develop, win and retain profitable relationships in a competitive environment.
• Expand existing relationships through cross-selling and additional credit opportunities.
• Manage an assigned portfolio of borrowers as primary relationship contact.
• Conduct on-site visits, financial reviews, and ongoing relationship planning to support credit quality.
