TS Bank is seeking a Regional SVP of Ag Banking to lead and grow a portfolio of high-value agricultural banking relationships. This senior client-facing role requires production capability, strong credit judgment, and credibility in the ag community.

The Regional SVP will mentor Ag Relationship Managers and partner with credit/lending teams on complex structures, pricing, and borrower strategy. Travel may be required to support markets across the bank's footprint.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and grow a portfolio of high-value agricultural banking relationships.
• Serve as a lead relationship manager for complex ag clients and prospects.
• Model relationship management excellence in calling strategy, client discovery, advisory conversations, and relationship expansion.
• Partner with credit and lending teams on complex ag structures, renewals, pricing, risk assessment, and borrower strategy.
• Mentor and guide Ag RMs across markets through deal consultation, coaching conversations, joint calls, and portfolio reviews.
