Citi is seeking a Product Strategic Oversight Lead to drive business risk strategy, oversight, and change management across the Partnership Cards & Development organization. You will assess regulatory, partner, and product changes and translate findings into resilient processes and scalable risk-mitigation solutions.

This hybrid role offers senior visibility, cross-functional collaboration with technical teams, and a path to shape Citi's risk framework while delivering on strategic product

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent university-level education.
• Experience in regulated settings.
• Experience leading large cross-functional change initiatives.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end cross-functional change implementations and align before/after go-live.
• Assess impacts of regulatory and business changes with ready criteria.
• Governing risk mitigation strategies and automate processes.
• Analyze market trends and product performance to inform roadmaps.
• Provide regular status reports to senior leadership.
• Support client value propositions and strategic positioning.
