Job summary

Citi is seeking a senior Product Issue Management Lead to oversee a cross-functional team and coordinate issue remediation across Partnership Cards & Development. You will drive governance, reporting, and risk mitigation in a hybrid work setting with multi-site responsibilities.

The role requires extensive leadership experience, a strong command of regulatory awareness, and the ability to deliver durable remediation plans across senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required; leadership experience in financial services preferred.
• 10+ years in issue management, risk remediation, or related fields.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills; ability to lead cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of 6–10 Business Issue Coordinators with hiring and performance management.
• Oversee end-to-end remediation lifecycle and ensure actions align with policy.
• Design and deploy a Partner Oversight Issue Intake & Management Framework.
