Job summary

Capital One's Risk Management Product team is seeking an experienced product leader to drive the strategic transformation of our Credit and Financial Risk Management technology platforms. You will lead a team of Product Managers, partnering with Engineering and Design to deliver risk-focused solutions.

You will influence key risk processes and decision makers across lines of business, combining customer-centric design with disciplined execution to create value at scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field and at least 7 years of Product Management experience.
• Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Product Managers, partnering closely with Engineering and Design to drive results.
• Drive strategic transformation of Credit and Financial Risk Management technology platforms.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders across Risk, engineering and design to deliver outcomes with customer focus and risk controls.
