Job summary

Antares seeks an experienced financial reporting leader to manage the Legal Entity Accounting Controllership team in New York. You will drive monthly, quarterly, and annual close, ensure GAAP compliance, and partner with external auditors on filings.

You will mentor a high-performing team, optimize processes, and support capital market activities and investor reporting in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelors in Accounting/Finance; CPA preferred.
• 10+ years in financial reporting and accounting; in-house investment company accounting GL booking & reporting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (MD&A).
• Manage monthly close and intercompany eliminations.
• Ensure entries are booked to correct legal entities per agreements and budget.
