Job summary

Antares Capital LP is seeking a Senior Leader in Legal Entity Accounting Controllership to drive the preparation, review, and delivery of financial statements and regulatory filings across monthly, quarterly, and annual cycles. The SVP leads a high-performing team and collaborates with FP&A, Treasury, Tax, Operations and Investor Reporting.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years in financial reporting, strong GAAP knowledge, and demonstrated leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in financial reporting and accounting; in-house investment company accounting GL booking and reporting preferred.
• Experience managing audits and regulatory filings.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial controls.
• Proficiency in financial systems such as Microsoft Dynamics, OneStream, DFIN.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including MD&A.
• Manage monthly financial close and intercompany eliminations.
• Ensure entries are booked to correct legal entities per Investment Advisory agreements and budget.
• Review key transactions with the business to ensure accuracy.
• Liaise with external auditors and ensure timely reviews and audits.
• Prepare monthly internal management schedules (e.g., assets under management).
• Maintain compliance with statutory reporting and filings.
• Own and maintain dimensionality in OneStream and DFIN.
• Support capital solutions teams with unsecured offerings.
• Manage deliverables from a financial perspective.
