Qualifications

• Extensive pre-sales leadership or consulting experience in enterprise software, across Sales, Marketing, Service, or Support.
• Proven ability to build trusted C-level relationships and shape value-based solutions with CIOs/CTOs and senior stakeholders.
• Strong technical acumen with ability to translate complex concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences; analytics/BI/data platforms and AI familiarity preferred.
• Experience leading complex enterprise transformations with multi-phase roadmaps and scalable growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale Tableau’s Global Solution Engineering as one unified global team.
• Champion the Agentic Enterprise vision and position Tableau as the semantic intelligence layer for AI-first enterprises.
• Act as strategic thought partner to senior Tableau and Consumption CoE leadership; influence product strategy, GTM, and market direction.
• Drive continuous innovation in solution-selling strategies; deliver differentiated, industry-specific value propositions.
• Build and sustain trusted C-level relationships with strategic customers; guide large-scale digital transformations.
• Partner with Sales leadership to execute growth-focused GTM strategies and embed Tableau as a core growth priority.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Innovation teams to align to the product roadmap and articulate Tableau’s value.
• Promote diversity and inclusion; drive talent development and succession planning.
• Serve as a cultural ambassador and upholder of Salesforce values.
