Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a transformational Senior Vice President to lead Global Solution Engineering for Tableau and to drive a differentiated GTM strategy across Data360, Agentforce, and Customer 360. This executive will align Sales, Product, and Marketing to accelerate adoption and expansion.

• Lead and scale Tableau’s Global Solution Engineering as a single, high-performing global team.
• Position Tableau as the semantic intelligence layer for the AI-first enterprise in go-to-market strategy.
• Advise senior Tableau and CoE leadership with broad influence on product strategy and market direction.
• Drive continuous innovation in solution-selling with industry-specific value propositions.
• Build trusted C-level relationships and guide large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering to align roadmaps and articulate Tableau value.
• Champion diversity, inclusion, and leadership development across the team.
• Serve as a cultural ambassador for Salesforce values across the organization.
