Perry Ellis International, a leading apparel company, seeks a Senior leader for Global Logistics and Distribution Operations to drive efficiency and profitability across the network. You will partner with the CEO and senior executives to shape the supply chain strategy and ensure seamless delivery to customers.

The role requires strategic planning, financial stewardship, and the ability to lead diverse teams.

Qualifications

• Senior-level operational leadership experience in apparel/retail or related industries.
• Strong understanding of supply chain, logistics, and production processes.
• Excellent strategic planning and execution skills.
• Solid financial acumen and budgeting experience.
• Exceptional leadership and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee customer compliance, Sales Operations, inbound/outbound logistics, import/export, IE, and all DC operations.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and boost productivity.
• Collaborate with CEO and executives to translate strategic goals into actionable plans.
• Monitor KPIs and coordinate across all supply chain functions to drive performance.
• Communicate regulatory changes and network developments to management.
• Lead technology adoption and SOP improvements with IE and IT teams.
