Job summary

Perry Ellis International is seeking a skilled Industrial Engineer to join our team at the Doral, FL corporate headquarters. You will analyze and redesign distribution, warehousing, and supply chain workflows to boost efficiency and reduce costs.

You’ll leverage data-driven insights, Lean Six Sigma techniques, and collaboration with IT and operations to optimize WMS/ERP integrations and implement streamlined SOPs. This role offers growth within a global apparel leader.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related discipline.
• 3–5 years in industrial engineering, preferably apparel/retail/distribution.
• Lean or Six Sigma Green/Black Belt certification preferred.
• Proficiency with WMS/ERP and data tools.

Responsibilities

• Analyze warehousing, distribution, and fulfillment processes to identify bottlenecks.
• Design and implement improved workflows and SOPs to increase throughput.
• Conduct time-and-motion studies to set labor standards.
• Collaborate with IT and operations to optimize WMS and automation.
• Develop KPIs and dashboards; perform root-cause analyses.
