Publicis Groupe is seeking a Senior Vice President, AI Engineering to lead MRCL platform infrastructure, governance, and AI adoption at enterprise scale. You will partner with senior engineering and commercial teams to drive scalable, secure deployments.

This role shapes platform standards, mentors engineers, and communicates technical trade-offs to executives. Expertise in cloud architecture, API design, MCP integrations, and enterprise data governance is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 15 years of engineering experience.
• Deep expertise in cloud infrastructure, platform architecture, and enterprise-grade system design.
• Strong working knowledge of API frameworks, MCP integrations, and distributed systems.
• Proven ability to collaborate and lead through influence across senior, cross-functional teams.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business language for executives.
• Experience supporting engineering-led sales or go-to-market functions, including client-facing technical storytelling.
• Strong grasp of security, compliance, and data governance best practices at scale.
• Skilled people leader with experience building and developing high-performing engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Shape MRCL's infrastructure and platform architecture strategy for reliability, security, and scalability at enterprise scale.
• Lead adoption and operationalization of AI technologies across MRCL platform for scalable deployments.
• Establish governance and best practices for AI systems including model lifecycle management and observability.
• Drive platform hardening initiatives and ensure compliance with data governance requirements.
• Oversee integration of MCPs across MRCL platform for consistent performance and governance.
• Partner with GTM and growth teams to translate platform capabilities into client stories.
• Contribute to infrastructure decisions across cloud architecture, API design, and system integration.
• Mentor engineering talent and establish strong engineering practices and culture.
• Represent engineering in executive discussions, articulating trade-offs and business impact.
