Job summary

Publicis Groupe is seeking a Senior Vice President of AI Engineering to drive MRCL platform excellence, governance, and enterprise-scale deployment of AI services. You will lead senior engineering teams, shape infrastructure decisions, and partner with sales to translate capabilities into client strategies.

You will foster a culture of engineering excellence, ensure security governance, and collaborate across executive leadership to advance AI-driven transformation.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 15 years of experience in Engineering.
• Deep expertise in cloud infrastructure, platform architecture, and enterprise-grade system design.
• Strong knowledge of API frameworks, MCP integrations, and distributed systems.
• Proven ability to lead through influence across senior, cross-functional teams.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business language for commercial audiences.
• Experience supporting engineering-led sales or go-to-market activities.
• Strong security, compliance, and data governance practices at scale.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior engineering leadership to shape MRCL's infrastructure and architecture strategy.
• Lead adoption of AI technologies across the MRCL platform with scalable deployment.
• Establish governance and best practices for AI systems and model lifecycle management.
• Drive platform hardening and security posture improvements to meet data governance requirements.
• Oversee MCP integrations across the MRCL platform for consistent performance and governance.
• Partner with go-to-market teams to translate platform capabilities into client narratives.
• Influence infrastructure decisions across cloud, API design, and system integration.
• Build and mentor engineering talent with strong code review and operating routines.
• Represent engineering in cross-functional executive discussions with clear trade-offs.
