Influential is seeking a transformational Senior Vice President, Creator Management to lead one of the industry’s most sophisticated creator operations. This executive will drive talent sourcing, negotiations, contracting, content execution, and creator experience across client portfolios.

You’ll partner with Client Management, Sales, Creative, Strategy & Analytics, and Finance to deliver standout programs, scale teams, and improve efficiency in a fast-growing creator economy.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in influencer marketing or related fields.
• 7+ years of progressive people leadership.
• Experience leading creator operations in an agency/platform.
• Deep understanding of creator marketing, economics, and contracts.
• Extensive network with creators, agents, and brand stakeholders.
• Ability to lead change and scalable processes in a fast-growing environment.
• Strong analytical, financial and business planning capabilities.
• Executive communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute long-term vision for Creator Management.
• Oversee end-to-end creator campaign execution across portfolios.
• Lead sourcing, vetting, negotiation, contracting, and content delivery.
• Develop scalable processes to improve efficiency and creator satisfaction.
