Job summary

Spark Foundry, a member of Publicis Groupe, seeks a senior leader to drive the growing commerce practice. You will oversee client executive growth, lead the team, and advance holistic identity-led commerce strategies across retail media platforms.

You will partner with client leadership to define strategies, measure performance, and win new business while nurturing talent and evolving our commerce capabilities in a fast-paced agency environment.

Qualifications

12+ years of ecommerce / shopper/retail media experience
In-depth activation and optimization experience with Amazon, Walmart, Kroger, Target, etc.
Experience with organic and paid search and/or display on-site and off-site
Experience applying commerce marketing to brand-building and direct response initiatives
Experience with Retail Media Data a plus (Luminate/Scintilla, Amazon Marketing Cloud, Stratum)
Strong command of search engine research and reporting resources
Experience with at least one major bid management tool (Pacvue or SKAI)
Demonstrated leadership and management skills of a large and dynamic team
Demonstrated business acumen and a track record of success in the media/marketing services profession
Solid interpersonal and teamwork abilities
Ability to lead new business development process, with demonstrated ability to win new clients
Ability to build and strengthen client relationships
Maintain healthy senior relationships with key industry partners

Responsibilities

Overall control of workflow and assigned responsibilities within their group.
Oversee progress of all projects and ensure timely completion.
Leverage tools like Asana or Smart Sheets for client deliverables.
Engage with client Sr. Leadership to present and defend approaches.
Lead plans for measuring campaign success and optimization.
Evaluate and recommend Commerce partnerships and tools.
Collaborate with planning teams to ensure search complements client activity.
Keep clients updated on Commerce industry developments and develop Thought Leadership.
Grow agency Commerce business through new business and organic growth.
Educate clients and teams on Commerce, developing best practices and IP
