Job summary

Spark Foundry, a part of Publicis Groupe, seeks a Senior Vice President, Group Client Director to lead a profitable account with a team delivering media across TV, magazines, search, digital, social, and more from New York. You will own client relationships, drive strategic vision, and oversee a high-performing team.

You will guide integrated marketing, manage performance metrics, and collaborate with agency partners to achieve ambitious client goals while leveraging data-driven marketing

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience developing strategic media recommendations and proven performance across media.
• Strong leadership skills and experience fostering a highly productive team with smart management, goal setting, and prioritization.
• Strong client facing and relationship building skills.
• Ability to relate to corporate marketing teams as well as large division teams.
• Experience with high volume performance accounts is a plus.
• Familiar with marketing science principles and problem solving / analytics used to influence a data-driven approach in driving strategy.
• Exemplify collaboration by building and maintaining productive relationships across internal teams and agency partners.

Responsibilities

• Build senior client relationships, conduct status sessions, manage opportunities and vision setting with Field teams.
• Set strategic & tactical vision across agency and client teams; lead integrated marketing across channels.
• Proactively develop collaborative relationships with creative, PR, and retail agencies; build partnerships with media partners.
• Manage team growth, monitor performance, coach for career development and ensure alignment with media strategy.
