Job summary

InMarket is seeking a Senior Client Operations Lead to own the post-sale engine across Activation, Measurement, and Audiences. You will standardize workflows, scale AI-driven processes, and drive revenue retention and expansion.

You will oversee onboarding, delivery, QA, and billing reconciliation, manage account teams, and ensure client satisfaction while guiding growth with $25M+ revenue leadership experience.
