You will build a vision for analytics maturity, deploy scalable measurement processes, and partner with clients and internal stakeholders to convert data into actionable media insights.

Qualifications

• Experience leading analytics teams and setting strategic direction.
• Deep knowledge of BI tools, ad tech, and data platforms.
• Strong storytelling and client-facing communication.

Responsibilities

• Contribute intellectual capital on measurement, analytics, research and insights.
• Develop a strategic analytics vision and maturity roadmap.
• Lead a team of data experts in New York and San Francisco.
• Improve reporting automation and minimize manual processes.
• Translate campaign results into actionable insights for media and clients.
• Support new business and client development with data-driven recommendations.
