Job summary

Zenith is seeking a Manager of Data Science in New York to lead data-driven marketing analytics, build models, and guide a small team. You will work closely with planning, audience strategy and analytics to solve client challenges and present insights that drive decisions.

You will mentor analysts, design robust models, and translate complex data into actionable stories for stakeholders across the organization.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in quantitative analysis with results using customer/transaction data to meet business objectives.
• 1+ year in a managerial role.
• Bachelor’s degree in STEM or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Strong knowledge of relational databases and SQL.
• Proficiency in Python or R for ML.
• Foundations in statistics and probabilistic modeling.
• Familiarity with MMM and MTA in marketing analytics.
• Knowledge of advertising media channels and analytics tools.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with planning, audience strategy and analytics teams to solve marketing problems.
• Mentor and manage team members, and contribute intellectual capital to the data science team.
• Design models and Data Science solutions based on client business needs and using data to tell compelling stories.
• Formulate a vision for accounts and bring it to life as a mentor and leader.
