Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in software engineering, 5+ years leading large teams, and experience with AI, automation, and governance in financial services environments. This senior leadership role focuses on strategic framework and scalable tech delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience within financial services, banking, or highly regulated enterprises.
• Background building omnichannel customer or employee support solutions.
• Experience with enterprise AI platforms and agent-based architectures.
• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.

Responsabilités

• Define and execute the engineering roadmap for enterprise infrastructure automation.
• Lead adoption of AI and Generative AI to improve operations.
• Drive API-first architecture, integration standards, and governance across platforms.
• Design scalable automation frameworks and intelligent service delivery capabilities.
• Develop conversational AI solutions for internal infrastructure support.
• Establish metrics and KPIs to measure automation impact and business value.
