Job summary

PRI Technology seeks a Vice President, AI Solutions & Enablement to lead onsite AI initiatives in Midtown Manhattan. You will partner with investment bankers and business teams to translate needs into AI-enabled workflows and solutions, gathering requirements and outlining practical AI adoption strategies.

Qualifications

• Approximately 5–10 years of relevant professional experience in business analysis, technology consulting, or project management.
• Experience in professional services or stakeholder-intensive environments.
• Background in investment banking or financial services is highly desirable.
• Practical knowledge of AI technologies and their business applications, including generative AI, AI agents, prompt engineering, and workflow automation.
• Familiarity with SQL, Python, and workflow design, with ability to prototype or evaluate AI-enabled solutions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with investment bankers and other business teams to understand processes, identify challenges, and evaluate opportunities for AI adoption.
• Gather and document business requirements, assess user needs, and translate findings into AI-enabled workflows and solutions.
• Design, prototype, and evaluate AI applications, including prompts, automated workflows, AI agents, and tools addressing business needs.
• Work with existing AI platforms to improve productivity and adoption of technology.
• Contribute to internal AI platform development by gathering feedback, defining requirements, and supporting workflow and solution design.
• Collaborate with AI Engineering, Data, IT, Legal, and Compliance to ensure feasibility and alignment with requirements.
• Identify integration needs, data dependencies, and technical limitations, coordinating with engineering teams.
• Help employees understand and adopt AI capabilities by demonstrating use cases and explaining concepts.
