Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Product Support Engineer to join the Deployment Engineering team and drive sustainment strategies for cutting-edge defense products. You will own maintenance plans, shape technical data packages, optimize sparing, and enable lifecycle management across platforms.

The role requires translating engineering innovation into reliable, field-ready systems for warfighters, with visibility into operational readiness and longevity.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product support, sustainment engineering, or systems engineering in high-rigor environments such as defense or aerospace.
• Hands-on CAD and PLM tools experience for managing engineering data, changes and configurations.
• Foundational IPS elements and concepts applied to maintenance planning, supply support, data management, and training.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain ground-up sustainment plans for the product(s) you support.
• Collaborate with customers, operations, and engineering to define and improve maintenance and repair strategies.
• Ensure up-to-date maintenance procedures, tools, and manuals for field sustainment operations.
